I’ve made a neat one-page summary with all our real costs. This is all the costs for our build from post land settlement until getting the approved buildings plans. I’m sharing this in case it saves you time, stress, or surprises later on. These are our costs and doesn’t mean yours will be the same, it is made to go as a guide, I am sure it could be done cheaper or quicker but this is the real honest cost of what we paid, enjoy!
